- We have an exchange only, no refund policy.
- Items purchased have to be returned in original condition (for e.g Sarees with original folds intact), within 7 days receiving of them.
- Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, there is no exchange on Jewellery and Saree Blouses.
- Ready to Wear Clothing: Please check the size charts to minimise returns as this will keep us all COVID Safe.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- All Costs for shipping will have to be paid by the customer.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
