Return Policy

  • We have an exchange only, no refund policy.
  • Items purchased have to be returned in original condition (for e.g Sarees with original folds intact), within 7 days receiving of them.
  • Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, there is no exchange on Jewellery and Saree Blouses.
  • Ready to Wear Clothing: Please check the size charts to minimise returns.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • All Costs for shipping will have to be paid by the customer.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
